Our 4-Week Fundamentals Program is designed to help you build a strong foundation in functional movement — perfect if you're new to training or just looking to get back into it.

Over the course of four weeks, you’ll train three times a week focusing on key movement patterns:


Squat. Hinge. Push. Pull.

 

We’ll take our time with each, making sure you feel confident, capable, and comfortable.

There’s also the option to join our Wednesday conditioning sessions — a great way to get your heart rate up and meet others in the community!
